Gadwall`s Grill in North Little Rock

We come here to eat almost every time we are in town. The food is good and the staff even better. The only down side is that you could have a little wait to be seated..... But is that really a problem. Not for us because it's good

Love this place!! It's my grandma's favorite also. The servers are always SO friendly and fun. Highly recommend everything on the menu, but the fried pickles and sweet potato fries are the BEST!

3rd time eating here. Great service on every visit. Great food on the first two visits. Decided to try something different. Ordered the footlong with chili, cheese, slaw, etc. The hot dog is *huge* (a little longer but twice as thick) and had good flavor but that is where the flavor ended. The chili, cheese, slaw, etc., was as bland at best. I hope something changes because this is a footlong that could be *amazing*.

Lots of us locals have enjoyed this place for years. Convenient location and friendly, family service with great burgers brings us back. Burgers and fries are definitely what you should order here! They are always good. But, one cannot live on burgers and fries alone. So, try the salsa (homemade and very good) and chips (better these days) which are always available. I’ve tried the fried pickles and you do get a HUGE amount. Needed to be a bit crispier for my taste. The soaked salad is wonderful as well as the freshly grilled chicken breast. The staple veggie beef soup is ok with lots of hamburger in it. I would like for it to be a bit spicer and freshly made. The cornbread is a sweet muffin type and always hot and fresh. A bit too sweet for my taste. I love the iron skillet kind. For sure, try this place if you’re in town. Order a burger with fries. And, a cold beer to wash it down. Nice atmosphere to enjoy a meal.

Do NOT pass by the sweet potato fries. OMG. I think about them each time I see the sign!

If this place hadn't been highly recommended I never would have stopped. It is a hole in the wall and the atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired BUT the burgers are amazing! My only complaint with the food is they use Easy Mac rather than homemade mac n cheese.

The restaurant is a nice old school spot. We were told to just seat ourselves and our waitress came shortly after we sit down. Very nice staff. Our waitress (I think her name was Suzy) was very sweet and attentive. I gave 3 stars because my meal of chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes was just ok and the same for my husband. Our salads were good. My son liked his cheeseburger. I will give it another try because I enjoyed the atmosphere but will try something else.

First time here and we loved it!! Excellent burgers and onion rings. Nice cold beer. Chill vibe with excellent service!

Everyone wants that special place in their neighborhood where they can go for some comfort food and feel right at home from the minute they walk in the door. Gadwall's fits the bill. We've called this our favorite place to eat for years now and it never disappoints us. The food is top notch, especially the burgers and the nachos. The wait staff greets you as if you're an old friend stopping by and insure you're taken care of from start to finish. They began serving breakfast on the weekends a few years back and it's well worth a visit. I read a couple of unfavorable reviews every now and then but given we've been coming here for years, we an absolutely recommend the place.

We love some Gadwall's, great homey feel. The food is good, but just a bit to pricey for what you get.

The best place to go when you can't make up your mind. Good service, good food, in much need of remodeling. Avoid the busy times, can be hard to get a seat

At first I wasn't sure about Gadwalls when I moved here ten years ago, now it's become my local comfort food. It ain't fancy, but it's real good diner food. The fries and onion rings are both great. Burgers are solid and nachos are satisfying. The people are the best part, they've got great staff.

One of the better Rubens that I've had in AR. Every time I've been there, it's been consistently good! The service was a tad off today. I had to let them know that they should put the frilly toothpicks AFTER they cut the sandwich. I unknowingly had half a toothpick in my sandwich & didn't feel great when I bit into it. So, check toothpicks before consuming ;)

Bridget is the BEST! Every time we go we make sure to always get her section! She is fast and has the best service I have ever received at a restaurant! She makes us feel so welcomed! The food is delicious and is always so fresh! Definitely the best restaurant in the city!
